Itinerary
Day 1: Journey to the Sahara: Marrakesh to Agdz
Your private driver arrives at your accommodations in Marrakech and you set off to cross the majestic Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. Along the way, marvel at the Ounila Valley with its ancient villages and iconic kasbahs, and visit the legendary Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the evening, traverse the Anti-Atlas and descend into the lush Draa Valley to Agdz, where you unwind at a serene riad with a traditional dinner made from local ingredients.
Day 2: Agdz - Zagora - M'Hamid - Erg Chigaga
Begin the day with a peaceful walk among towering palms followed by a Moroccan breakfast, then journey through the Draa Valley, home to over three million date palms.
